Republicans Yesterday and Today: Historical Document Reveals Conservative Ideals

Conservatives were not much different in 1860 than they are in 2010. Republicans have always been especially concerned with the rights of the individual, the economy, and maintaining the principles found in the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution.  The political tenets of President Abraham Lincoln , a member of the Republican Party, still hold true today. It is a fact that the Republican Party took an official stand against slavery. In fact, it was President Abraham (Abe) Lincoln's Emancipation Proclamation that freed the slaves in America. Read the following historical Republican document, and learn the shocking truth about the real differences between the political tenets of Democrats (liberals), and the political tenets of Republicans (conservatives). America's government, as understood by Democrats and Republicans, are worlds apart, and this historical document sheds light on some of the major differences between liberal tenets and conservative tenets. Jack Bauer Is Not Real, But Jack Bauer Is A Real Man

We all know that Jack Bauer is not a real person, and that actor Kiefer Sutherland is not Jack Bauer. So why is it that so many people react to Fox TV 24's  Jack Bauer as though he is real? The fact is that Jack Bauer seems very real because he represents the real man syndrome. Kiefer Sutherland protrays Jack Bauer  in the same venue that Clint Eastwood , James Dean , and Clark Gable portrayed their heroic male characters. People, both men and women, evidently miss seeing more men acting like men on TV and in movies. People don't only want to watch Jack Bauer -- they want to think with him, and try to figure out what Jack would do, because Jack often (although not always) does the right thing. And the right thing is not always politically correct when it comes to Jack Bauer's interrogation of Muslim Jihadist terrorists and other menaces to society. Jack Bauer now has an equal, former FBI agent Renee Walker, portrayed by Annie Wershing. Renee Walker starte...

Renee Walker: Female Jack Bauer Intrigues 24 Fans

Renee Walker (Annie Wersching) is the former FBI Agent in 24's Season 7, and, should Jack Bauer (Kiefer Sutherland) ever leave the show, it is my belief that Renee Walker would be an excellent replacement for Jack Bauer. That being said, the reality is that not having Jack Bauer on 24  would be equal to eating bread without butter, only worse! One thing for sure is that Jack Bauer (Kiefer Sutherland) and Renee Walker (Annie Wersching) team up again for exciting viewing in 24 : Season 8 !  Evidently Jack Bauer did not actually convert to the Muslim religion, contrary to what many fans thought might be a possibility in 24 : Season 7. *See My Related Posts below.  Muslim Jihadist terrorist issues are being played out once more in the first 4 hours of 24: Season 8. 24 Season 8 Finds Jack Bauer Alive And NOT A Muslim

24 Season 8: The good news is that Jack Bauer is alive and NOT a Muslim. Yes, Jack Bauer is alive and well on Fox TV's 24, Season 8. Kiefer Sutherland, aka Jack Bauer on the popular Fox TV series , was a guest on ABC's 'Live with Regis and Kelly Show ' on Thursday, January 14. I happened to catch the interview with Kiefer Sutherland. Kiefer Sutherland , who portrays Jack Bauer on Fox TV's 24  series, said that he is very excited about Season 8. Kiefer Sutherland mentioned that in  24 Season 8 Jack Bauer now has something to go home to, because Jack Bauer, now a grandfather , wants to go back home to be with his daughter Kim, and his grandchild. Kiefer Sutherland also mentioned that Jack Bauer will go into "dark places" in Season 8, so 24 fans might just get a dose of what they have been waiting for, as  24's Season Premier starts tonight, Sunday January 17th, at 9/8c....

GOP Ahead In Upcoming Primary Elections

According to "The New York Times Week in Review ," the GOP is ahead in several upcoming midterm Primary elections:  President Barack Obama's former U.S. Senate seat might soon be filled by Rep. Mark Kirk, a moderate Republican from Chicago, in the February 2 primary. Mark Kirk is being challenged by an even more conservative candidate, Patrick Hughes (a Tea Party antitax group is backing Mr. Hughes). 1 "Mr. Kirk, who is favored to win the Feb. 2 primary, is one of many well-known Republican candidates this year who are facing or are expected to face more conservative challengers whose supporters are fueled by angry discontent with the Obama administration and more moderate elements of their own party." 1 Californian Senator Barbara Boxer, democrat, could possibly find her seat filled by conservative State Assemblyman Chuck DeVore in November. 1 "Already, the retirement plans of three prominent Democrats, Senators Christopher J. Dodd of Co...

Napolitano Offers Zero Homeland Security For 18 Republican Leaders

On January 5 The Conservative Victory Committee wrote a letter to Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano requesting Janet Napolitano's voluntary resignation. The last sentence in this letter, signed by Congressman Michael C. Burgess (R-Texas)and 17 other conservative leaders, states: "Please, Madame Secretary, do the right thing - for our nation, and its people."  Here is an excerpt from the letter:  "We are concerned that your performance as Secretary has not been consistent with the high standards required of your job. You have made decisions that are at best highly questionable; at worst erroneous - sometimes dangerously so. And you have on several occasions said things that have been reckless, and demonstrate a lack of understanding of the perilous realities which threaten us as a nation. We face threats of enormous proportions on several fronts, most notably from terrorists who wish to - and have demonstrated that they have the ability t...

Rush Limbaugh Says He Is Proof That American Health Care System Works Just Fine

According to an article in today's  New York Daily News , Rush Limbaugh said that His own experience proves the American health care system works just fine and needs no fixing. In typical liberal fashion, "Defenders of the Obama plan replied that the health care system has always worked just fine for multimillionaires." My interpretation of Rush Limbaugh's statement about the American health care system is that Rush was referring to the quality of health care he received. Being a millionaire is not the point. And let's not forget that many of Obama liberal representatives have excellent health care coverage, the kind that caters to multimillionaires .
